It will also become less efficient at drying the moisture from the air and demisting your vehicle. Most manufacturers recommend an air conditioning service every 2-3 years

Red Lion Garage recover and measure your system of gas and oil. Vacuum and dry the moisture from the system. Once a 30 min vacuum has been completed we recharge the system with the manufacturers recommended amounts of tracer dye, PAG oil and gas.

System is then operation tested. We monitor the pressures on the high and low sides of the system, all components are operating correctly such as compressor and cooling fans and finally check the in car temperature . As part of your air-conditioning service we also sanitise and freshen the system to remove any unwanted bacteria and unpleasant smells.
